On Friday, February 23 God blessed us with the birth of our first son (and second child) Benjamin Max. He's absolutely perfect in every way. Whitney, after a C-section, is doing just great and Emma couldn't be a more proud (or helpful!) big sister. Well, at least it's new to us. Compared to our 100+ Victorian (which is still <a href="http://www.fsbolocal.com/viewPropertyAd.htm?id=9240">for sale</a>, by the way) this 50 year old ranch home still smells like new. At least that's how I'd like to describe the smell (it's on the "to do" list). In any case, we close this week, Christmas vacation begins in three weeks, and Whitney has our second child in March. Timing couldn't be better, could it?<br /><br />Thanksgiving was absobutely wonderful. As part of our intentional chaos, we visited IKEA twice during the week. Why? Affordable cabinets and countertops for our refurbished kitchen. Thank you IKEA!<br /><br />Whitney and Emma are doing great. I'll post a photo soon. The <a href="http://www.scottphotography.org">photography</a> business is crusing right along as well (not to mention the minstry at <a href="http://www.mthopecofc.org">Mt. Hope</a>).
